What you'll contribute to

As the Site Services Supervisor, you’ll lead the Site Services team and coordinate all civil and grounds activities across the site. You’ll ensure work is planned, scheduled and delivered safely, on time and to standard, while supporting operational readiness and asset performance.

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead and develop the Utility Workers and Grounds team through clear direction and support
  • Coordinate civil works, site services and contractor activity across Kareeya
  • Ensure safe systems of work are in place and risks are identified and managed
  • Monitor progress, budgets and schedules, responding early to issues
  • Support asset lifecycle planning and plant management strategies
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and dam safety requirements
  • Step into the Site Manager role when required

 

This Kareeya based role is a full-time position that works a 36.25 Tuesday to Friday roster and reports to the Site Manager. Successful candidates are required to reside in the Tully/Mission Beach area - relocation assistance is available. 

 

On your first day you will have:

  • Front-line leadership or supervisory experience in operational settings
  • Strong understanding of safety systems and risk management
  • Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers
  • Confidence working with budgets, schedules and maintenance systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing, verbally or visually
