What you'll contribute to

As the Maintenance Management / Project Implementation Officer, you will provide high-quality support across maintenance planning, scheduling, systems and project implementation at the Kareeya Power Station.

 

In this role you will:

  • Work with site teams to develop accurate short and long-term work plans that support safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of maintenance and project activities.
  • Coordinate contractor work on a day-to-day basis to ensure activities are delivered safely and as planned.
  • Support the delivery of outages, overhauls, capital improvements and site projects.
  • Analyse maintenance performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure maintenance strategies, systems and processes remain effective, compliant and fit for purpose.
  • Enable the site to complete work safely, on time and within budget.

 

This role is a full-time, permanent position that works 36.25 hours over a Tuesday to Friday roster and is based at Kareeya Power Station. Relocation assistance will be provided should you not already live locally to the Kareeya Power Station.

On your first day you will have:

  • Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or systems coordination within heavy industry or power generation
  • A recognised electrical or mechanical trade qualification
  • Ability to work safely within established Safe Work Systems and contractor environments
  • Experience analysing maintenance data to support performance improvement
  • Working knowledge of maintenance management systems such as SAP
  • Demonstrated relevant industry experience or equivalent capability
