About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, we are seeking a Maintenance Administration Officer to join our Asset Operations team at our Kareeya Hydro Power Station on a permanent full-time basis. This role is crucial in ensuring that our maintenance tasks, operational activities, and capital works projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Here’s what you will do: 

 

  • Lead and Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Manage planning, prioritising, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance tasks to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Site Services & Minor Projects: Oversee site services, manage minor projects, and contribute to budget planning.
  • Ensure Dam Safety: Perform duties as the Dam Duty Officer, manage dam safety activities, and implement the Dam Emergency Action Plan.
  • Engage Contractors and Stakeholders: Ensure open and transparent communication with contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep precise maintenance records and review work procedures to ensure compliance with CleanCo’s standards.

About you

  • Knowledge of plant maintenance practices and principles, with experience in scheduling and coordinating work activities
  • Ability to coach and guide team members, and manage workgroups and contractors
  • Experience using computerised Maintenance Management Systems 
  • Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate and a Graduate Diploma in Maintenance Management would be highly desirable
  • Current manual drivers licence (C Class)
  • High-Risk Work Licence (specifically Forklift) would be desirable
