What you'll contribute to:

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will provide technical and analytical leadership to transform CleanCo’s growing portfolio of models into scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions.

In this role you will:

Lead the machine learning capability within Enterprise Information & Analytics, bridging data science, engineering and business needs
Convert experimental and business-built models into secure, reliable enterprise systems
Establish and mature MLOps practices so machine learning delivery becomes repeatable and sustainable
Monitor model performance, value and adoption, improving outcomes over time
Partner closely with Trading, Risk, Asset Operations and analytics teams to support better decisions
Act as a trusted advisor who builds confidence in AI through transparency and demonstrated value

Your work will directly support CleanCo’s AI strategy and enable predictive and optimisation-driven decision making across the business.

On your first day you will have:

Strong experience delivering production-grade machine learning solutions
Demonstrated capability establishing and running MLOps practices end to end
Solid experience working within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Machine Learning
Ability to translate business questions into practical ML approaches
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and influencing change
Tertiary qualifications in data science, mathematics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
