What you'll contribute to

As ERP Lead, you'll provide technical leadership, governance and operational oversight across CleanCo’s SAP ecosystem during one of the organisation’s most significant technology transformations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the SAP environment remains secure, stable, scalable and aligned to business objectives while helping guide CleanCo’s transition from a mixed on-premises environment to SAP RISE.
 
You will:
 
  • Act as the technical authority for CleanCo’s ERP platform, leading SAP architecture, integrations, technical standards and governance.
  • Lead SAP operational performance across ECC/S4HANA, BW, Fiori and supporting SAP technologies.
  • Support and influence the successful delivery of the SAP RISE migration as a key technical lead.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges involving security, access controls, integrations, performance and platform reliability.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, Asset Management and technology teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
  • Manage and influence technical outcomes delivered by SAP, AMS partners and external vendors.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, upgrades, releases and modernisation activities across the broader SAP landscape.
  • Build technical capability through coaching, documentation and knowledge sharing.

 

Your work will directly support CleanCo’s ability to operate critical business systems that underpin finance, people, asset management and operational decision-making across the organisation.
 
This role is a full-time permanent position based out of Brisbane.

On your first day you will have:

 

  • Significant experience in SAP Basis, SAP administration, SAP technical architecture or ERP platform leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience across SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience working with SAP integration technologies including PI/PO, CPI and APIs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP security, roles, authorisations, access controls and audit requirements.
  • Experience leading SAP upgrades, migrations, release management and platform modernisation initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively with vendors, managed service partners and diverse business stakeholders.
