About the Opportunity

As Risk & Resilience Specialist, you’ll support CleanCo’s enterprise risk and resilience function, including crisis management, business continuity, security, and emergency management. Reporting to the Risk and Resilience Manager, you’ll work across strategic and operational levels to embed frameworks and drive continuous improvement and innovation. 

You’ll collaborate with teams across CleanCo to support enterprise risk management initiatives, deliver resilience plans, and facilitate regulatory reporting. You’ll also contribute to internal controls and provide insights to senior leadership and board sub-committees.

This Brisbane-based role is permanent and offers a 36.25-hour week. 

About you

•    You bring 7+ years’ experience in risk and resilience roles, with deep knowledge of ISO31000, the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (SoCI), and internal control frameworks. 
•    You’re confident in facilitating risk assessments, managing GRC systems, and delivering improvement initiatives.
•    You’re a strong communicator with excellent report writing skills, and you thrive in complex, multi-site environments. 
•    A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is essential.
