About the Opportunity

As Risk and Resilience Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting and facilitating risk and resilience activities across CleanCo. Reporting to the Risk & Resilience Manager, you’ll ensure our frameworks and procedures are effectively applied to protect and enhance organisational value.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain risk registers, implement risk management systems, and support resilience planning across business continuity, crisis, emergency, and security management. This permanent role is based in Brisbane and offers hybrid work options.

About you

You bring at least 4+ years’ experience in risk and governance roles, with strong knowledge of risk management principles, internal controls, and resilience frameworks. You’re confident facilitating risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, and using GRC systems.

A relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is essential, along with strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act and experience in multi-site organisations will be highly regarded.
