About the Opportunity

As a Retail Operations Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing customer queries and ensuring seamless billing operations. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and back-office service delivery to CleanCo’s valued retail customers. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.  

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working within our Brisbane office or at home.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer and market enquiries
• Experience with energy billing systems and understanding of rate structures.
• Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Some level of IT skills would be an advantage, including good skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Energy industry, desirable.
• You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
