What you'll contribute to:
In this greenfield Records Coordinator, you will get the opportunity to help shape the effective management, accessibility and lifecycle control of CleanCo’s physical and digital records. Your work will help ensure information is easy to find, accurately described, and managed in line with legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements.
In this role you will:
• Coordinate end-to-end records lifecycle activities, from creation and classification through to archiving and disposal
• Support compliant records management aligned to the Public Records Act and Queensland State Archives requirements
• Administer and support SharePoint governance, including site structures, metadata and lifecycle settings
• Improve information discoverability through consistent metadata, naming conventions and information architecture
• Partner with business teams to guide recordkeeping practices and support capability uplift
• Contribute to audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen information governance
• Experience in records or information management, with hands-on lifecycle control activities
• Practical knowledge of retention, sentencing and disposal schedules
• Experience using SharePoint for document and records governance
• Ability to maintain accurate metadata and structured information environments
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a regulated or public-sector-aligned environment
• Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical working style

This role is based in Brisbane and sits within the Enterprise Information & Analytics team. It is a full-time position with hybrid work arrangements.
On your first day, we expect you to have:• Experience in records or information management, with hands-on lifecycle control activities
• Practical knowledge of retention, sentencing and disposal schedules
• Experience using SharePoint for document and records governance
• Ability to maintain accurate metadata and structured information environments
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a regulated or public-sector-aligned environment
