About the Opportunity
Reporting to the GM Legal & Risk, the Property Specialist will lead the development and implementation of CleanCo’s land asset management strategy, frameworks, policies, and governance documentation.
You’ll be the key contact for real property services across CleanCo’s operational portfolio, managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including landowners, councils, and agencies.
This is a permanent Brisbane-based role with flexible work arrangements. Occasional travel to regional sites may be required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement CleanCo’s property strategy, frameworks, and governance policies
- Maintain accurate property records and the real property asset register
- Manage real property agreements (leases, licences, easements)
- Conduct tenure reviews and ensure compliance with legislation and community expectations
- Partner with Legal, Operations, and Development teams to support property matters
About you
You bring:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in property or land tenure roles
- Expertise in real property governance, compliance, and tenure processes
- Experience developing frameworks, policies, and governance artefacts
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and government bodies
- Familiarity with cultural heritage and native title matters
- Tertiary qualifications in business, law, or finance (desirable)
You are strategic, disciplined, and proactive - comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t exist and focused on delivering governance outcomes.
