About the Opportunity

As a Project Engineer (Civil), you will report directly to the Engineering Manager - Development and work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, project managers, and technical consultants. You will engage with various stakeholders, including construction contractors, CleanCo’s Operations team, and external partners, ensuring the successful delivery of our renewable energy projects.

In this role, you will lead and manage the engineering and technical development of CleanCo’s renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our project strategies and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key duties include:

• Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic project plans.
• Manage the procurement process, ensuring high-quality partnerships for project delivery.
• Lead technical approval submissions and coordinate the preparation of project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on key milestones to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

About you

• Experience in project civil engineering within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong project management skills, including risk identification and mitigation, contract management, and financial oversight.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering; RPEQ registration is desirable.
• Familiarity with 3D design of civil infrastructure, and experience in managing complex civil projects is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to adapt under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
