What you'll contribute to


As a Project Accounting Specialist, you will provide high‑quality financial, capital and management reporting that gives project leaders confidence in decision‑making. Your work will strengthen financial governance, improve visibility of capital spend, and support the delivery of CleanCo’s project portfolio.


In this role you will:

 

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial, capital and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse project and capital performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
  • Consolidate and oversee capital expenditure reporting across the business
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools that track project budgets and forecasts
  • Partner with project managers and portfolio teams to improve cost visibility and controls
  • Support compliance with government, treasury and audit reporting requirements

 

This role is full‑time and based in Brisbane, with a hybrid working model.

 

On your first day you will have:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in financial and management reporting
  • Strong understanding of capital accounting and project financials
  • Advanced Excel skills used for analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work confidently with stakeholders in complex environments
  • Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise finance systems
  • A recognised accounting qualification such as CPA or CA
