What you'll contribute to
As a Portfolio Delivery Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening visibility, assurance and decision support across CleanCo’s enterprise project portfolio. You will work closely with the EPMO Manager and delivery PMOs to analyse portfolio health, improve data quality and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
In this role, you will:
• Analyse portfolio, program and project data to provide insight into performance, risks and trends
• Design, maintain and continuously improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools
• Support governance forums by coordinating papers, reviewing quality, preparing agendas and recording actions
• Act as a subject matter expert for portfolio management systems, supporting users and system enhancements
• Work with delivery PMOs to uplift data quality and embed consistent portfolio reporting practices
This role is a full-time position based in Brisbane within the Enterprise Project Management Office.
On your first day we expect you to have
• At least three years’ experience in a PMO or EPMO environment
• Strong experience in portfolio analysis, reporting and performance measurement
• Advanced capability in Power BI, Excel and data visualisation tools
• Practical understanding of project, program and portfolio management frameworks
• Ability to communicate insights clearly in writing, verbally or visually for different audiences
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving data maturity
