What you'll contribute to
As the D&T Project Management Office Lead, you will establish, maintain and oversee project management standards, governance and tools that enable consistent, high-quality delivery. Your work will improve delivery confidence, decision-making and visibility across the D&T portfolio.
In this role, you will:
• Establish and embed PMO standards, templates, tools and delivery processes.
• Improve portfolio forecasting, financial tracking and reporting accuracy.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, stage gates and project health checks.
• Provide objective oversight and guidance to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Support leaders and project teams with practical, hands-on PMO expertise.
• Lift capability through training and consistent adoption of the delivery framework.
This role is a full-time position based in Brisbane.
On your first day we expect you to have
• Experience establishing or uplifting a PMO in a complex organisation.
• Hands-on experience building PMO tools, templates and delivery artefacts.
• Strong capability in portfolio reporting, forecasting and governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience working in digital or technology delivery environments.
