What you'll contribute to:

As the People & Culture Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping CleanCo’s people systems and lifecycle processes running effectively, accurately and compliantly.

This role exists to ensure SuccessFactors is well‑configured, well‑understood and fit for purpose — particularly as new Enterprise Agreements are implemented and system changes are required at pace.
You’ll balance hands‑on delivery with oversight, stepping into BAU when needed and leading system improvements when opportunities arise.

You’ll:

• Own the day‑to‑day operation of SuccessFactors, including configuration, testing and continuous improvement.
• Triage and resolve HRIS tickets, identifying what can be fixed internally and what needs to be escalated to external vendors.
• Lead system changes driven by new or updated Enterprise Agreements, from discovery through to implementation and testing.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, including inductions, system set‑up, employee letters and position changes.
• Ensure SuccessFactors integrates effectively with SAP Payroll and downstream processes.
• Lead and support shared services activities such as higher duties, employee changes and lifecycle correspondence.
• Provide practical leadership to the P&C Coordinator, while remaining hands‑on during peak periods or leave coverage.
• Bring structure to system discovery, documentation and backlog management where technical history is limited.

This role is a full‑time, permanent position based in Brisbane, with a hybrid work model of three days in the office and two days from home.

On your first day we expect you to have:

• Strong, hands‑on experience configuring and supporting SuccessFactors in a complex environment.
• Experience leading or delivering HRIS improvement initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Practical understanding of P&C operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Confidence interpreting system requirements and translating them into clear configuration or vendor instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, verbally, or visually with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or supporting others, with a collaborative and grounded leadership style.

Experience with Jira, payroll integrations, or Enterprise Agreement‑driven system changes is welcome but not essential.

What you will find here:

• The opportunity to contribute to Queensland’s clean energy future and see the real‑world impact of your work
• A supportive environment that embraces change and encourages continuous learning
• Space to take ownership, backed by trust and accountability
• Open, respectful communication where diverse perspectives are valued
• A collaborative culture focused on shared success and meaningful outcomes

At CleanCo, you don’t just contribute to Queensland’s energy future – you’re supported to power your own.

Our benefits support balance, wellbeing and career development at every stage of life, including:
