What you'll contribute to:

As an Organisational Capability Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building the foundations for learning, performance and career development across CleanCo, shaping how our people grow, perform and thrive. This role is based in Brisbane and offers a hybrid model that includes 2 days working from home.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Lead the development of learning, development and growth initiatives aligned to CleanCo’s strategy and workforce needs
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise capability framework that identifies current capability, future needs and development priorities
  • Partner with leaders to support effective performance, goal setting and development planning conversations
  • Design practical, scalable development programs including internal learning, mentoring, coaching and career pathways
  • Support leadership and high‑potential development through targeted programs and capability uplift initiatives

 

On your first day you will have:

 

  • Proven experience leading the design and delivery of enterprise learning, development and capability frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing a small team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership of organisation-wide capability assessments and end-to-end program rollout, including prioritisation, governance and impact measurement
  • Experience setting direction for onboarding, learning and development programs that are practical, scalable and embedded across the organisation
  • Strong capability to partner with senior leaders to enable effective development planning, performance and career conversations
  • Experience leading capability initiatives across both corporate and operational or blue-collar environments
  • A qualification or equivalent professional experience in organisational development, human resources, psychology or a related field, with demonstrated people leadership experience
