What you'll contribute to:

 
As Enterprise Applications Manager, you will ensure the day-to-day reliability, security, and continuous improvement of CleanCo’s enterprise applications, including the ERP. You will translate business needs into practical system outcomes, manage vendors and governance processes, and lead a team that keeps critical systems running smoothly.

You’ll:

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, from patching and upgrades to configuration and documentation
• Coordinate enhancements, releases, testing, and change activities within governance frameworks
• Resolve incidents and service issues, focusing on root cause and service improvement
• Maintain security, access controls, disaster recovery, and audit readiness
• Lead and develop application specialists, building technical capability and continuous improvement
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable, fit-for-purpose solutions
 
This role is based in Brisbane and sits within the Digital & Technology team.

On your first day we expect you to have:

 
• Experience leading enterprise applications or ERP environments in complex organisations 
• Practical knowledge of application support, releases, testing, and service management
• Ability to work with stakeholders to turn business needs into system changes
• Experience managing vendors, service levels, and operational reporting
• Understanding of security, access controls, and governance requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
