What you'll contribute to

As Category Lead – ICT, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering CleanCo’s ICT procurement activities across Queensland. You’ll partner closely with the ICT function to ensure technology services are sourced, contracted and managed in line with QITC, the Queensland Procurement Policy, and CleanCo’s internal frameworks.

You’ll:

• Lead high-risk and complex ICT sourcing activities from strategy through to contract award
• Build and implement an ICT category management plan grounded in market intelligence
• Own and manage Tier 1 supplier relationships across the full contract lifecycle
• Support ICT leaders and project managers through sourcing, contract execution and handover
• Act as an escalation point for commercial risk, disputes and contract negotiations
• Shape future ICT contract terms with Legal to balance value, performance and risk
• Identify savings, efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities across ICT spend

Your work will directly support reliable, compliant and value-driven technology outcomes that enable CleanCo’s operations and growth.

This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane.

On your first day we expect you to have

• Demonstrated experience in ICT procurement or ICT contract management
• Strong working knowledge of the QITC framework and Queensland Procurement Policy
• Ability to lead complex sourcing activities and commercial negotiations
• Experience working with ICT vendors and understanding technology services and licensing models
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across ICT, Finance and Legal
• Experience using ERP or procure-to-pay systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar
