About the Opportunity

As Maintenance Management Officer, you’ll provide high-level support for maintenance planning, scheduling, and contract management at Barron Gorge Power Station. This permanent, site-based role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations through accurate short- and long-term work plans.

You will:

Develop and communicate work plans for plant and non-operational works.
Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance, outages, and inspections.
Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with CleanCo safety and quality standards.
Monitor and analyse maintenance performance, driving continuous improvement.
Manage projects to deliver site business plans safely, on time, and on budget.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to optimise maintenance systems and processes.

Occasional travel to other CleanCo sites and attendance at professional development activities is expected.

About you

You bring at least five years’ experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, ideally in power generation or heavy equipment.
You have strong skills in data analysis, contract management, and project coordination, and you’re confident using maintenance systems and SAP.
A recognised trade certificate (electrical or mechanical) is essential, and project or maintenance management qualifications are desirable.
You value safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and you’re ready to make a tangible impact in Queensland’s clean energy future.
